Welcome to Bileh Tracker. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our Services effectively, we collect the following types of information:
- Phone Number: We collect your phone number strictly for account creation, authentication, and secure access to your business data.
- Business Data: We store the inventory, transaction, and financial data you input into the app (e.g., product lists, sales records, expenses) to synchronize across your devices and provide analytics.
- Usage Data: We may collect diagnostic data such as crash reports to improve the stability of our application.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Bileh Tracker application.
- Secure your account using Phone Number authentication.
- Synchronize your business data securely across your devices.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or business data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Deletion, Data Reset, and Your Rights
We believe you should have complete control over your data. You have the right to delete your account, reset your data, or archive it at any time.
Account Deletion
Deleting your account will permanently and immediately erase your phone number, authentication details, and all associated business data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
How to request account and data deletion:
- In-App Method: Log into the Bileh Tracker app, navigate to Settings, scroll down to the Danger Zone section, and select the "Delete Account" option.
- Web Method (No App Required): If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing us at contact@bileh.com with the phone number registered to your account. We will process your request and permanently delete your data immediately upon verification.
Data Reset and Archiving
If you wish to clear your business and transaction data but keep your account active, you can use the Reset Data feature located in the Danger Zone section under Settings. This permanently wipes your inventory and records but retains your login session.
Alternatively, you have the option to Archive your data within the app (also in the Danger Zone) if you prefer to hide it without permanently deleting it.
5. Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure (Firebase).
